RMC and Kvarken Link have signed the construction agreement for a new passenger ferry, which will be built in Rauma, Finland and is scheduled for completed in 2021.
The new environmentally friendly Wasaline ferry will operate between Umeå in Sweden and Vaasa in Finland. It will accommodate approximately 800 passengers and will have 1,500 lane meters for lorries. Kudos will design the whole interior of the new vessel, which is Finland’s first newly built domestic ferry in the past decade.
